How we use this information

• AYLUKHA SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD runs Aylukha Digital Academy and receives what you send here.
• We ask for your name, email address, phone number and country. For a child we also ask for the learner’s name and age group. We ask which programme you would like to join, what you would like us to do next, and, optionally, how you prefer to be contacted and any comments. If you arrived from one of our advertisements, we also record which campaign it was, with your application.
• We use it to review your enrolment application, to contact you about it and about Academy programmes and enrolment, and to note whether you would like an invoice once your application is accepted. We will not add you to marketing without your consent.
• What you send is saved in a database that is not publicly accessible, and a notification is emailed to the Academy team’s enrolments mailbox. An email delivery service is used to send that notification.
• If you apply for a child, you are giving us their information on their behalf, as their parent or legal guardian.
• Please do not send card, bank or identity-document details.
