CONVERO · by Aylukha Technologies
CONVERO brings the event experience into one connected digital space. From programmes and speakers to conversations, meetings, notifications and participant engagement, CONVERO helps people navigate events and stay connected to what matters.
The idea
Holds everything about the events someone has joined: programme, people, conversations and updates.
Lets event teams configure an event, manage its content and people, and communicate with everyone attending.
Every event holds many moving pieces: programmes, participants, speakers, announcements, conversations, meetings and networking opportunities. Organised across email inboxes, printed schedules and group chats, they are easy to lose track of.
CONVERO brings the relevant parts of an event into one place, so participants can follow the programme, understand who is contributing, take part in conversations and stay on top of updates, instead of hoping the right information reaches them through disconnected channels.
Participants live inside a mobile app that holds everything about the events they joined. Event teams work in a separate environment where they configure the event, manage content and people, and communicate with the people attending. Both sides of the experience stay connected to the same event.
For participants
From the moment an event appears in the app, CONVERO gives participants a clear path through it: a central event home, a programme they can make their own, the people contributing, and the ways to take part.
Send and receive private one-to-one messages with other participants, supported by organiser-managed settings.
Take part in event discussions through topics and comments, moderated by the event team.
Request one-to-one meetings and accept, decline or propose new times when a plan changes.
Receive organisers' announcements in an in-app feed and as push notifications on your device.
Take part in quizzes, photo challenges and scavenger-hunt style activities that organisers set up.
Check in with fast QR codes at event attendance points set by the event team.
Reply Going, Maybe or No to optional activities and bring guests along where the organiser allows.
Rate sessions and leave comments that organisers can review and learn from.
CONVERO also includes team and attendee directories, documents, sponsor and exhibitor listings, and an event's about and venue information, each enabled by the event team as appropriate for the event.

Event discovery
Participants can search for published events by name or keyword and join using an event code provided by the organiser. Event details bring together dates, timezones, venues and scheduled activities, so it is easy to see what an event involves before deciding to join.
Once joined, the event opens up with its programme, people, conversations and announcements in a single connected view, giving participants a clear starting point for everything that follows.
Because participants can belong to several events at once, CONVERO keeps them all within reach and makes it easy to switch between events without losing context.
Connections
An event is as much about the people as the programme. CONVERO provides an attendee directory so participants can see who else is present and get in touch, while participants remain in control: appearing in the directory is a choice they can change in their profile.
Browse the attendee and team directories to see who is present and contributing to the event.
Choose whether you appear in the directory, and change that choice any time in your profile.
Request one-to-one meetings and accept, decline or propose new times when a plan changes.

Communication
Engaging with an event means talking, sharing and staying current. CONVERO brings that engagement into a participant's hands: private messaging for one-to-one conversation, forums for event discussion, and notifications that surface updates from the event team.
Participants follow the discussions that matter to them and reply from the app, while organisers shape how engagement works through settings they manage.
Documents, announcements and practical event information arrive in the same app participants already use to navigate the programme, so nothing important gets left in an inbox.
For event teams
CONVERO is not only a participant-facing mobile application. Authorised event teams work in a dedicated administrative environment where they configure and manage the digital side of their event.
From creating an event to managing content, people and communication, the dashboard gives event teams one reliable place to run their event's digital experience.

What event teams can manage
Create an event through a guided flow covering the basics, dates and timezone, venues, visibility, branding and a final review.
Manage the programme, speaker and team information, the event's about and venue sections, documents, sponsors and exhibitors.
View event participants, organise QR check-in at attendance points and manage attendance records.
Send notifications and announcements to participants and share documents with the event community.
Configure challenges, RSVP activities, evaluations and meeting settings, and moderate event forums.
Assign event administrators, control an event's published visibility, choose which modules participants see, and apply event branding such as a logo, banner and accent colour.
Where it fits
CONVERO is built for organised event environments rather than any single type of gathering. The same participant experience and administrative environment can support a range of events.

The participant journey
CONVERO is designed around the life of an event, from the moment someone discovers it to the last update after it ends. Every stage of the participant journey has a natural home in the app.
Find published events by name or keyword, join with an event code and see the details that matter: dates, venues and what awaits.
Follow the sessions that interest you and build a personal schedule around the parts of the event you want to experience.
Explore the attendee directory, see who is contributing and reach out through messages or a scheduled meeting.
Join discussions, RSVP to activities, take on challenges and rate the sessions you attend.
Receive important updates from the event team in the app and on your device, and return to what you need when you need it.

Designed for the hand, not just the screen
CONVERO's participant experience is a mobile application built for how people actually move through an event, with generous touch targets, accessible components, and an interface available in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Notifications surface the next useful thing without the noise.
Responsible by design
CONVERO is designed with attention to responsible account and data handling. Participants decide whether they appear in the event directory, and account deletion requests can be initiated from within the app or by contacting Aylukha support.
The Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Account & Data Deletion pages set out how Aylukha handles information across its products, including CONVERO.
A more connected event experience
Whether you organise conferences, academic events, professional gatherings or community events, CONVERO gives your teams and participants a connected digital home for the experience.
